Steichen Strategic Partners LLC ("I," "me") runs www.steichenstrategic.com. By using this site, its courses, its calculators, or any file you download from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Educational content only
The courses, models, calculators, templates, glossary, and articles on this site are general education about finance and operations. They aren't legal, tax, accounting, lending, investment, or other professional advice, and they aren't tailored to your company. Using them doesn't create a client relationship with me. A client relationship exists only under a signed engagement agreement. Before you act on anything here, confirm it with your attorney, your CPA or tax advisor, your lender, and any other professional who advises your company.
Models and examples
Every model on this site runs on the inputs you give it and on simplifying assumptions that are described on the page. Example figures describe fictional companies and are illustrative only. Results are arithmetic, not forecasts, promises, or guarantees of any outcome. You're responsible for checking the inputs, the formulas, and the results before relying on them.
The downloadable templates
You may download, use, and change the templates for your own company's internal use, or for a company you work for or advise. You may not sell them, bundle them into a paid product or course, or publish them as your own. Please keep the Steichen Strategic Partners notice on the Read Me tab when you share a copy inside your company.
Ownership and credit
The text, models, templates, graphics, and design of this site belong to Steichen Strategic Partners LLC and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to quote short passages with a credit and a link back to the page. The research described in the courses belongs to its authors. It's summarized in my own words, credited in the text, and listed in full in each course's references.
No warranty
Everything on this site, including the templates, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I work to keep the material correct and current, but I don't promise it is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Steichen Strategic Partners LLC and Jason Steichen aren't liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that arises from using or relying on this site, its tools, or its downloads, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
